Symptoms

When you delete the contents of a folder, such as a list, on a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Web site or on a Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server Web site in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, the contents of the folder are not moved to the Recycle Bin on the Web site.

To resolve this issue, synchronize the contents of the folder on the Windows SharePoint Services Web site or on the SharePoint Portal Server Web site in Outlook 2007 before you delete the contents of the folder.
