Installation Information
After you install this hotfix, clear the Microsoft Internet Explorer cache. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
- In the Browsing history area on the General tab, click Delete.
- In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Cookies, and then click Yes.
- In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Files, and then click Yes.
