Installation Information

After you install this hotfix, clear the Microsoft Internet Explorer cache. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  3. In the Browsing history area on the General tab, click Delete.
  4. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Cookies, and then click Yes.
  5. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Files, and then click Yes.
