Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) that is running on a Windows Server 2003-based computer may crash when you try to remove imported transportable shadow copies

You import transportable shadow copies to a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based computer. The Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) that is running on the Windows Server 2003 SP1-based computer may crash when you try to remove those imported transportable shadow copies after they are used.

This problem may occur only if the transportable shadow copies are in a volume that is on a dynamic disk.
