This WebCast discusses what DSAccess is, how it works, how to troubleshoot the process, and DSAccess changes in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2.
This is a Level 300 session presented by Salim Shaker, Paul Miner.
Salim Shaker joined Microsoft in 1998 as a support professional for Windows NT 4.0. He moved to support Windows 2000 Server and ISA 2000. He is currently working in Enterprise Business Application team supporting Exchange 5.5, 2000, and 2003. Salim has a Master in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, is a certified Professional Engineer, and an MCSE.
Paul Miner has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. He has been at Microsoft for 10 years, holding both technical and leadership positions. He has been a member of the Exchange Admin Support Team for over three years. Prior to that, he was a member of the Platforms Server Networking Team for over five years. He graduated summa cum laud from DeVry University in Irving Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management.
