This problem was first fixed in a hotfix that is now contained in a service pack. If you installed the latest Office 2003 service pack, you do not have to install the hotfix.

Note This hotfix applies only if all the following conditions are true:
- You use Outlook 2003 in online mode.
- You use Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003 or with Exchange 2000 Server.
