FIX: A 144-byte memory leak occurs in the Ole32.dll file when you start a COM+ application

When you start a Microsoft COM+ application, a 144-byte memory leak occurs in the Ole32.dll file. You must restart the COM+ application to resolve the memory leak issue.

This problem occurs when managed code and a Microsoft Component Object Model (COM) interop assembly are the primary consumers of the code path in which the memory leak occurs.
