Symptoms

When you submit print jobs on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based print server, you may receive the following error message:
STOP: 0x00000050 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

Cause

This problem occurs because of a defect in the Win32k.sys driver code.

Service pack information
