Array members configuration information is not updated if you install new array members in the Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server Management Console

Symptoms

If you install new array members, the array members appear in the Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server Management Console. However, the array members configuration information is not updated. This symptom occurs if you leave the ISA Server Management Console open while you are installing new array members. This symptom is visible on the following nodes in the ISA Server Management Console:
  • Monitoring
  • Servers

Workaround

To work around this problem, use one of the following methods.

Method 1

Restart the ISA Server Management Console.

Method 2

Right-click the root of the ISA Server Management Console, and then click Refresh to update the console.
