Symptoms

In Microsoft Windows Server 2003, the Microsoft Storport storage driver may incorrectly process inquiry page 83 when the driver scans for new devices. Therefore, you may lose access to logical units when you create a snapshot on the controller. Applications may also experience I/O errors.
