In Exchange Server 2003, the mailbox stores that are in the Recovery Storage
Group cannot be included in the address list filter. However, when you create
an address list in Exchange System Manager, you can specify a mailbox store
that is in the Recovery Storage Group in the address list filter. This
behavior is not expected.
