Prerequisites
To apply this hotfix, one of the following conditions must be true:
- You have installed Windows XP Service Pack 1 and security bulletin MS04-024 or a later security bulletin.
- You have installed Windows XP Service Pack 2.
Restart requirement
You must restart the computer after you apply this hotfix. This will load the Shell32.dll file.

The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
