More information

This hotfix includes the 4010_856schema+tare+item.xsd file. To install the hotfix, manually copy the 4010_856schema+tare+item.xsd file to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004\EDI\Adapter\EDI Schemas\X12\4010 folder. Do not use it the 4010_856schema+tare+item.xsd file to replace any existing schema because this is a new additional schema.

You may have to add HL loops based on your business requirement. This hotfix introduces additional HL segments to the EDI X-12 856 Ship Confirmation (X12_4010_856) schema. The schema now includes the following HL segments that you may add to your EDI mapping:
HLLoopShipment
HLLoopOrder
HLLoopTare
HLLoopItem
