Symptoms

When you implement a PreCreate callout event for an entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you receive the following error message:
Server was unable to read the request.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • An element is removed from the entityXml string.
  • You create an instance of the entity.
