Project Time and Expense transactions that were created in a previous year cannot be viewed in the current year in Business Portal 2.5

Project Time and Expense transactions that were created in a previous year cannot be viewed in the current year in Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains 8.0 Business Portal 2.5. For example, transactions that were entered on December 4, 2004 cannot be viewed on January 3, 2005. The transaction should display under the Active Reports filter, the Submitted Reports filter, and the All Reports filters.
