FIX: BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries version 2.0 uses excessive memory and stops responding in BizTalk Server 2004

Symptoms

When you send many large messages from Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 to IBM WebSphere MQ Workflow (formerly known as MQSeries Workflow), you may experience all the following symptoms:
The BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries version 2.0 uses excessive memory resources. Also, this adapter does not release these memory resources correctly.
One or more warning events or error events are logged in the Application log. These warning events or error events appear similar to the following:

Event 1

COM+ has determined that your machine is running very low on available memory. In order to ensure proper system behavior, the activation of the component has been refused. If this problem continues, either install more memory or increase the size of your paging file. Memory statistics are: dwMemoryLoad = 96

Event 2

Error encountered as BizTalk attempts to send a message fragment to MQSeries, description = Error encountered while calling MQSeries API Routine ImqMessage::write, Reason code = 2071. hresult = 0XC0C1100A. This error will also be reported on the BizTalk server.
