Symptoms

When you use Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access, you cannot save changes to a rule that moves or copies items to a target folder. When you try to save the rule, you receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Unable to save the rule at this time. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

Cause

This problem may occur if the target folder has extended ASCII characters in the folder name.

Note Extended ASCII characters include characters such as � and �.
