Symptoms

When you set a rule to autoforward a double-byte character set (DBCS) e-mail message in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, the original DBCS subject line in the header of the message is corrupted. There may be several questions marks (?) instead of the original subject. However, other DBCS content is displayed correctly in the message.
