You cannot use Active Directory Users and Computers to move mailboxes from a server that is running Exchange Server 2003

Symptoms

When you use Active Directory Users and Computers to try to move mailboxes from a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, you cannot move the mailboxes. Additionally, an Error event that is similar to the following Error event may be logged in the Application log on the computer that is running Exchange Server 2003:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store
Event Category: Move Mailbox
Event ID: 8506
Description:
Unable to move mailbox <Mailbox Name>.
A problem occurred while getting the properties for a message.
Internal parent folder ID: <Folder ID>; Message ID: <Message ID>; Error code: 0xfffffa1d.
Run ISINTEG to check for any problem in the database <Database Name>

Additionally, users cannot accept or decline meeting requests or send e-mail messages that have attachments. Users may also receive the following error message:

Hotfix information

Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Because of file dependencies, you must have Exchange 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed to apply this hotfix.
