You use Microsoft Outlook to copy a folder from a top-level public folder to another top-level public folder in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 environment. However, some folder items are not copied to the destination folder. No error message or notification message is generated when this problem occurs.
Additionally, if you delete a folder hierarchy under All Public Folders in Outlook, the deleted folder hierarchy may not be recovered when you use the Recover Deleted Items command. However, users who have administrator permissions can successfully recover the deleted folder hierarchy.
