To be able to download Arabic Windows Updates offline please do the following:

1. Browse to the Windows update catalog website http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=8973.
2. Select even you want updates for Windows operating systems or to find drivers for hardware devices.
3. You will need to choose the operating system you need the updates for and for the language select Arabic if you are using Arabic localized operating system.
4. Then select "Go to Download Basket"
5. Type or Browse to your download location and click on "Download Now"
