Symptoms

When you install the hotfix that is provided in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 843543, you may receive the following error message.
Could not validate TransportTypeData, Address or Public Address properties for Receive Location 'SQLTest'. Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131509.
This problem may occur when you try to enable an SQL Receive Location in the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Administrator snap-in.

Workaround

To work around this problem, use Microsoft Visual Studio .NET to enable an SQL Receive Location in Microsoft BizTalk Explorer.
