A windows does not maximize in Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 1

Symptoms

You use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 1 to view a Web page. You maximize the Internet Explorer window and then restore the Internet Explorer window to its previous size. When you try to maximize the window again, the window does not maximize.
