When you open your Favorites list in Microsoft Windows XP Help and Support Center or Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Help and Support Center, the following symptoms may occur:
- You may receive the following error message when you click the links that are displayed:
Cannot display the page.
The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed. This may be because:

- There might be an error in the page's address.
- The page might not be available.
Please check your network connection or try another page.

This issue occurs when you add links to your Favorites list in Windows XP Help and Support Center or in Windows Server 2003 Help and Support Center that Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 do not support for use in the Favorites list. This issue can occur when you right-click a link and then click Add To Favorites. Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 do not support Web URLs, such as http://www.microsoft.com. Also, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 do not support shortcuts, such as a shortcut to the Calculator. Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 only support Help and Support Center topics in the Favorites list.
