Custom link tracking numbers

Issue

When I use a tracking number, I want to have the Web page automatically pull my tracking number into the tracking Web page. I have entered the main Web page in the custom links Web page. Why doesn't it automatically pull in the tracking number that I enter when I am in the sales user defined window?

Resolution

When you set up your custom links Web page, use the following addresses instead of the main Web page. Each tracking company has its own unique tracking page. Use the correct Web page for the company through which you are sending your package.

DHL:
http://track.dhl-usa.com/atrknav.asp?ShipmentNumber=%1

Estes Express Lines:
http://www.estes-express.com/cgi-dta/edn419.mbr/output?search_criteria=**

FedEx:
http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?action=track&language=english&cntry_code=us&initial=x&mps=y&tracknumbers=%1

Old Dominion Freight Line: http://www.odfl.com/trace/ (manual tracking number entry required)

Purolator:
http://shipnow.purolator.com/shiponline/track/purolatortrack.asp?pinno=1

Roadway Express:
http://www.quiktrak.roadway.com/cgi-bin/quiktrak (manual tracking number entry required)

UPS:
http://wwwapps.ups.com/etracking/tracking.cgi?submit=Track&InquiryNumber1=%1&TypeOfInquiryNumber=T

U.S. Postal Service:
