Question: I have 7 aging buckets set up and would like to see them on my PM Historical Aged Trial Balance-Detail. Can I do this?
Answer: The rest of the aging buckets can be added to either the PM Historical Aged Trial Balance-Detail or the MC PM Historical Aged Trial Balance-Detail by following the steps below.
Launch into Report Writer.
From the original reports select either the PM Historical Aged TB-Detail or the MC PM Historical Aged TB-Detail and insert it.
Highlight the report and click on open, which will bring you to the report definition window.
Go into the layout.
From the toolbox on the left, select the Legends table.
Drag Legend #19, 20 and 21 onto the Report Header.
Highlight the PM Aged Trial Balance Document Temporary File from the Toolbox.
Find the End Amount-Aging Periods. Drag the field onto Header 2. The Report Field Options box will pop up. An Array index needs to be entered. Enter the number 5 and click ok.
Do this step two more times, entering number 6 and then number 7. All three fields belong in Header 2.
Once this is finished close the report and save all changes.
In Dynamics/eEnterprise grant security to the report.
