Question:


I am creating my SafePay upload file, and even though I have set up Voids as "V" in transaction types, the system is not recognizing any voids I have entered.

Answer:


The reason voids are not being recognized is because SafePay must be installed on all workstations that perform Voids. If you have just installed SafePay, then any checks you have recently voided will not appear as voided in the SafePay upload file. You can manually change them in the upload file. Going forward, if SafePay is installed on all workstations what would do a void, the upload file will recognize it.
