Symptoms

If you try to use Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access to type a message on a Samsung SPH-I330 mobile device, when you view the edit text screen, you can see only 29.5 characters. If you enter more than 29.5 characters, the screen does not scroll forward and you cannot see the characters as they are entered. The characters that are entered after 29.5 characters are accepted by the device. However, those characters cannot be seen.
