FIX: You may receive an error message if multiple Terminal Server sessions run the "Validate Instance" command at the same time in BizTalk Server 2004

Symptoms

In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, when you run the Validate Instance command from within Microsoft Visual Studio on an EDI schema, you may receive the following error message:
The repository is locked.
This problem occurs when multiple users are accessing the EDI database at the same time by using Terminal Server sessions.
