Payables Setup to Print Historical Aged Trial Balance

Question:

I marked the Print Historical Aged Trial Balance option in the Payables Management Setup window (Setup - Purchasing - Payables), but I decided not to keep transaction history for some of my vendors. Will I be able to print the Historical Aged Trial Balance without keeping transaction history?

Answer:

Because you selected to print the Historical Aged Trial Balance in the Payables Management Setup window, the system will automatically keep history to print the report, even if you didn't select to keep transaction history for your vendors. If you selected not to print the Historical Aged Trial Balance, the history selections you make for individual vendors will be used.
