Issue

On the Fixed Assets Additions report, the Total Cost Basis is not equal to the Total Cost Basis on the Fixed Assets Depreciation Ledger.

Resolution

The Fixed Asset Additions report includes the cost basis from the retired assets. The Fixed Assets Depreciation Ledger does not include the cost of the retired assets into the total of the cost basis. If you mark to not include retired assets on the Fixed Asset Additions report, the total cost basis amount should be equal.
