TechKnowledge Content

Message 'The stored procedure rmHistoricalAgedTrialBalance returned the following results: DBMS: 9002, Dynamics: 0' occurs when aging Customers after receiving the message - 'The log file for database TEMPDB is full. Backup the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.' and pressing Enter.

Potential Cause - This message will occur if running out of space on the drive containing the two files.

Resolution - Verify there is enough room on the hard drive where the .MDF and .LDF files are located.

1. Use Windows Explorer to check the amount of free space on the hard drive.

2. If the hard drive is almost full, either delete items that are not needed from the hard drive or install a larger hard drive and copy the database to it.
