Why is the Estimated Annual Salary field blank on the Life Insurance Enrollment window?
Resolution
The annual salary will only appear if the employee has a primary pay code. The estimated annual salary only takes into account the employee's primary pay code in the calculation.
To mark a Primary Pay Code:
1. Go to Cards| Payroll| Pay Code.
2. Select the Employee ID and use the scroll buttons to scroll to the Pay Code.
3. Mark the Primary Pay Code checkbox.
4. Click Save.
