When printing a Payables Historical Aged Trial Balance, the distributions, accounts and amounts are blank

Question:

When printing a Payables Historical Aged Trial Balance, only the header information shows up. The accounts, distributions and amounts are blank. What is wrong?

Answer:

In this case, this was a new install and the GL50101 view was missing and needed to be created. To create the GL50101 view. Go into ISQL_w and use the folder button to load new script. Go to the Dynamics Directory > SQL folder > Company folder. Locate the views.cmp script. Open it and cut and paste, starting with Begin Views GL50101 through End Views GL50101, into the query tab in ISQL_w. Execute this script against the company's database.
