Issue

Which field causes the Fully Depreciated Flag to change to Y for an asset under Accounting | Fixed Assets | Assets | Book button?

Resolution

Either field may trigger the Fully Depreciated Flag to change from N to Y.

If the Net Book Value reaches zero, then the Fully Depreciated Flag will be changed to Y, regardless of the Remaining Years, Days for the asset.

If the Remaining Years, Days reaches zero, then the Fully Depreciated Flag will be changed to Y.

Once the Fully Depreciated Flag changes to Yes, no further depreciation will be taken on this asset.
