Issue

Error 2221 - "Stored Procedure taSopLineIvcInsert Error Description = When adding or updating lines to an existing document, UpdateIfExists must = 1" occurs in eConnect.

Potential Cause

The SOP Invoice already exists in the system.

Resolution

If the intent was to update the Invoice line:

UpdateIfExists must = 1

Needs to be added to the taSopLineIvcInsert node. Otherwise delete the Invoice number or Batch and re-import the XML file.
