Issue Summary:
SOP Blank Options Forms Not Printing Freight And Misc Tax
Issue Detail:
When printing the SOP Blank Options Invoice form, by selecting to print the invoice and include line taxes and summary taxes, freight tax is showing as $0.00. To recreate: 1. Go to Setup - Company - Tax Details. 2. Create a Tax Detail called Item Tax. Select an account and use Percent of Sales Purchase from the Based ON drop down. Give it a 2% tax. Make sure to mark the Print on Documents box and put an I in the text box. 3. Create a Tax Detail called Freight Tax. Select an account and use Percent of Sales Purchase from the Based ON drop down. Give it a 1% tax. Make sure to mark the Print on Documents box and put an F in the text box. 4. Go to Setup - Company - Tax Schedule. 5. Create a Tax Schedule called Customer Schedule and insert Item Tax and Freight Tax. 6. Create a Tax Schedule called Item Schedule and insert Item Tax. 7. Go to Cards - Sales - Customer and select a customer. Put your cursor over the Ship to Address and make sure that the shipping method is a delivery type. Insert the Customer Tax Schedule into the Tax Schedule field. 8. Go to Cards - Inventory - Item and create an A item number. Select Taxable for the tax options. Select the Item Tax Schedule into the Tax Schedule field. 9. Go to Setup - Sales - Sales Order Proc > Options Button. 10. Next to freight, for the tax option select Taxable. Select the Freight Tax Schedule. 11. Go to Transaction - Sales - Sales Transaction Entry and create an invoice for your customer and include the A item on your invoice. Put $1.00 in the freight field. This should calculate a freight tax amount of $.01. 12. Select File - Print, mark to print the invoice and under the options section include tax details. Select line item and summary taxes. Expected Results: You should see the I under the item number and below the item you should see the I and the F for the summary taxes. Actual Results: The I (item tax) prints fine, but the F (freight tax) prints with a $0.00.
