Issue

Error - The stored procedure smDropPDKUser returned the following results DBMS: 0, Dynamics 20422. The stored procedure smPDKRemoveUsrCmpnyAccss returned the following results: DBMS: 0, Dynamics 20428.' occurs when trying to delete a user from within PDK


Possible Cause


This error could be caused if the SQL user for this user has already been removedfrom Enterprise Manager.


Resolution


Before deleting the user in PDK, go to Setup | System | SQL Options and unmark the SQL Options. Then trydeleting your users from within PDK. Make sure to go back and mark the SQL Options again after completing these steps.
