Issue


I am using Revenue/Expense Deferrals and getting the error
A get/change operation on table PP_Prepayment_SETUP failed accessing SQL Data when going into Setup || Financial || Deferral. I also reinstalled Revenue/Expense Deferrals from scratch.


Resolution

In this particular instance there was an issue with the table.The userused DTS to copy over the PP000001 (PP_Prepayment_SETUP ) from an existing company that worked to the company that was not working.Thiscorrected the error.
