Invalid procedure call or argument running a Vendor Integration

SYMPTOMS

When running a Vendor Integration the following error is returned, " DOC 1 ERROR: Invalid procedure call or argument." A vendor can be manually entered without error. What can be done to correct this error.

RESOLUTION

The integration needs to be opened in Integration Manager and corrected. Open Integration Manager and select the integration that has the error. Open the Destination Mapping window. Click on the Withholding collection and then click on the Options tab. Change the rule from "Use Field Rules" to "Use Default." If you do not have Integration Manager installed, contact Tools Support at:

Customers

Type your security key to gain access to the site. On the PartnerSource home page, click the Support link under Resources , and then click New Support Request .
