uestion:

I deleted the commission information for an invoice in Sales Order Processing. Now when I reenter the percent that I want the commission to be I get the error message that the commission amount may not be greater than the sale amount distributed to the salesperson. What am I doing wrong?

Answer:

When you delete commission detail you have to reenter the percent of sale and the commission sale amount. Once you reenter this information the commissions will recalculate successfully.
