The Customer PO Number field is stored in the RM Open table. This table is not linked to the RM Detail Aged Trial Balance - Options report by default. Follow these steps to link the RM Open table and the Customer PO Number field to the report.

1. Start Report Writer. To start Report Writer, click Tools, click Customize, then click Report Writer. Select the Great Plains option from the Product selection list. Click OK.

2. Select the RM Detail Aged Trial Balance - Options report in the Original Reports list and click Insert.

3. Select the RM Detail Aged Trial Balance - Options report in the Modified Reports list and click Open.

4. In the Report Definition window, click Tables.

5. Select the RM Document Temporary file and select New

6. Select the RM Open File and choose OK

7. Click Close to the Tables window and choose the Layout option.

8. Open the Toolbox, and change the table to the RM Open File. Click and drag the field Customer PO Number from the RM Open File into the Report Layout.

9. Save the Layout, and select OK to close the Report Definition window.

10. Go back to Dynamics and grant access to the RM Detail Aged Trial Balance - Options under Modified Reports for each user (Setup - System - Security).

11. Print the RM Detail Aged Trial Balance - Options report to view the Customer PO Number.
