Question:

My RM Summary Historical Aged Trial Balance is showing $0 in the 3 aging buckets that I added using Report Writer. The original 4 aging buckets show the correct dollar amounts. What should I do?

Answer:

Go into the report layout. Double-click the Current Trx Amount fields and make sure the field type is set to Sum rather than Last Occurrence in the Report Field Options window
