Answer:
You need to add these line to your PDK Dex.ini file, based on the Database you installed. It will be case sensitive.
If you have installed Dynamics on SQL,Pervasive or Ctree add this line: ProductInUse=Dynamics
If you have installed eEnterprise add this line: ProductInUse=SQL+
