Issue


When you try to setup email security for a tree in Microsoft Business Solutions - FRx, you may receive the following error message:
Either there is not default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request



Resolution


To resolve this issue, launch your Internet Explorer browser and select Tools, select Internet Options, and then select Programs. Then, set the email program to Microsoft Outlook.
