1.GL Transaction Header -The GL Transaction Header Query contains the Header information for the journal entry. For example, the fields that are contained in the GL Transaction Header:
The GL Transaction Header is linked to the GL Transaction Line by the Document Number.
After the relationship is setup correctly, the destination mapping needs to be done. Add the destination, choose General Ledger, then General Journal.
Four areas in the Destination Mapping window will be used for this Integration:
1) General Journal - mapping to the GL Transaction Header Query
2) Entries - mapping to the GL Transaction Line Query
3) Analysis Posting Detail - mapping to the GL Transaction MDA Group
4) Entries - mapping to the GL Transaction MDA Code

The GL Transaction Header is linked to the GL Transaction Line by the Document Number.
- The GL Transaction Line is linked to the GL Transaction MDA Group by the Document Number and the Account Number.
- The GL Transaction MDA Group is linked to the GL Transaction MDA Code by the Document Number, Account Number, and MDA Group ID.
