SUMMARY

I have a contract that I setup for multiple years (Transactions - Contract Admin - Contract Entry/Update). When I go to view the calculation of the revenue recognition in the Revenue Summary (Transactions - Contract Admin - Contract Entry/Update - Lines- Revenue) not all revenue on this contract shows up that I need to recognize. Why is this happening?

MORE INFORMATION

If your contract is set up for multiple years, for example, a three year contract, you need to make sure all the years that the contract will cover are set up in Fiscal Periods Setup (Setup - Company - Fiscal Periods). If the years are not setup in Fiscal Periods Setup then the revenue to recognize in the non-setup years will not show up in the Revenue Summary window.
