Issue

"Error Number = 70 Error Description = Permission Denied" occurs when using the XMLDocumentSender70 in eConnect with Terminal Server.

Resolution

1. Open Component Services.

2. Right-click on eConnect 7 COM+ Object and select Properties.

3. Select the Activation Tab.

4. Select Library Application.

5. Click 'OK' on the Warning.

6. Click 'OK' on the Properties window.
