Symptoms

When you create a Microsoft .NET program that uses Collaborative Data Objects for Exchange Management (CDOEXM) to access managed code in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, you must manually create a Primary Interop Assembly (PIA).

You expect a PIA to be available for CDOEXM to access the managed code through.
