Symptoms

When you use the reporting feature of Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004 to generate an e-mail message that contains a link to a report, the link to the report in the e-mail message may be broken.

Cause

This issue may occur when either the name of the report or the path of the report contains a space.

Workaround

To work around this issue, publish the report again without using any spaces in the name or in the path. For example, if you have a report that is named "Daily Report," instead use an underscore between the two words so that it appears as follows:
Daily_Report
