"The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found" error message when you try to download an attachment from Outlook Web Access through ISA when you use RSA SecurID authentication

Symptoms

When you access Outlook Web Access through Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000 by using RSA SecurID authentication on the ISA Server, and you try to download an attachment, you receive the following error message:
Internet Explorer cannot download filename from sitename. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
If you disable the RSA SecurID authentication, you can download the attachment as expected. Also, if you use a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer, such as Firefox and Mozilla, , the download of the attachment may also work as expected.

Cause

This problem occurs because of an RSA SecurID configuration setting on the Web publishing rule.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, click to clear the Prevent Caching of Protected Pages on Client check box on the RSA SecurID tab of the Outlook Web Access Web publishing rule.
